At Masked Detailing, we foster a culture of respect and dignity. We have a zero-tolerance policy for any inappropriate behaviour, including:

- Disrespectful, offensive, or derogatory behaviour.

- Sexually inappropriate comments or actions.

- Racist or discriminatory behaviour.

- Aggression or violence.

- Use of drugs or alcohol on the premises or prior to arrival.

We expect all clients and staff to uphold these standards to maintain a professional environment.

 

General Client Terms & Conditions:

 

Service Commitment:

As Leicester's leading detailing service, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional results. We ask clients to respect our policies and our team to ensure a smooth and satisfactory service experience.

 

Service Locations and Safety:

Our mobile service is designed to operate at your workplace or doorstep, requiring a safe power source. We avoid servicing vehicles on main roads, heavily trafficked areas, or confined spaces for safety and insurance purposes.

 

Booking and Cancellations:

- Bookings are secured with a deposit, which is non-refundable and varies by location, package, and scope of work.

- Changes to bookings can be made up to 48 hours before the scheduled time, subject to availability and adherence to safety standards.

- We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors but will endeavour to reschedule within 14 days or provide a full refund of the deposit.

 

Additional Charges:

Fees for heavily soiled interiors (mud, pet hair, blood) are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Providing photos in advance allows for accurate quotes; otherwise, charges will be discussed prior to service commencement.

 

Payment and Legal:

By booking our services, clients agree to our terms. Non-compliance may result in the full charge of the booking, and non-payment may lead to legal action.

 

Maintenance Scheme:

Our maintenance plan requires monthly bookings. If extraordinary soiling occurs due to specific incidents, please notify us in advance to adjust our scheduling and prevent delays. This communication helps maintain our efficiency and the quality of our service.
